10. Training process (3 critical phases for program success) :
A. Pre-training : To meet with the heads of departments in order to determine the anticipated effect and the expected results. Understanding the organisation's operating system.
B. Training service : 20 hours of consistent and intensive workshop.
C. Post-training : At the end of the training, information exchange sessions with Heads of Department and supervisors. 1 month after the training, one-hour session with Heads of Department and apprentices. Evaluate the application of theory to practice.
